Guild Challenge

I have completed my six inch square guild challenge.  I wasn't overly inspired with this challenge but it looks okay.  It is a bright and cheerful color scheme.  I am excited to see what all the other guild members created.  There is so much talent and creativity in our guild.

    I like what you've done with this. I, too, am playing around with embroidery floss on a quilt. It's an interesting change.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
