One Year of Stitches

Flowers are so cheerful.  It is a delight for me to stitch a flower each day. It was absolutely brilliant of me to think of doing flowers in January!  There is only fourteen more flowers to be added to this.

    This is a fantastic sampler of floral stitches. I saw a rooster made of ribbons the other day on a blog, it was just as beautiful as your flowers.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
