A quick note

I
I am having a wonderful time in New Zealand.  The warm weather feels so good!  I am not getting nearly as much stitching done as I thought I would.  However, we are doing a road trip today so I hope to do some stitching while in the car.  
Pop over to Sharon B's blog to read an interview that I did with her.  It was very interesting to me to see the work that she chose to feature.

    Don't miss the view from the car! You might not have a chance to travel that route often, so nice is the chance to enjoy it. Why not devote 15 minutes to stitching in the evenings?
    Yes, I am going to read your interview now. Sharon told me she would pick images from my blog to illustrate my interview so I have no idea what she will select.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
