Take a Stitch Tuesday Challenge


Sharon B has challenged us to use three stitches in a project.    I decided to add the Fly Stitch, Chevron Stitch, and Long Tail Chain to my bead journal for April.  All those stitches are beaded.  The top photo is the whole piece.  The bottom photo is a close up of the beading.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
