Not quite a fail

This is a little paper/fabric collage experiment I have had kicking around for years.  Every once in a while I pull it out to see if I can fix it.  I am happy with the sky, mostly.  The water is definitely getting closer but still not quite right.  I am pleased that I haven't given up on it and  I think I can pull back from the brink of the trash bin.  Once I do get it right I can use for a class I will be teaching at a senior's center.  I think they will have fun with it.

  4. I think it looks great! The water and sky are wonderful. The only thing I can see that you might change is to soften up the yellow near the horizon. Perhaps just adding a bit of white paint?
