Adding Texture with Stitch

This piece is just fun.  I am enjoying have a good play with it.  Adding the embroidery stitches is what it needed.  Possibly there will be some beads added as well.  It feels like it has been a while since I have made a piece just for the fun of it.  So grateful to have the time to do that right now!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
