Bead Journal

There is a lot of sparkle on this piece.  There is not a lot of beading considering I started working on this in September.  I spent more time this past month on preparing an artist in residence proposal.  I am pretty excited about my idea and really hope I get selected to do it.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
