Take a Stitch Tuesday

It has been a while since I have been able to participate in Take a Stitch Tuesday with Sharon B.  She shows us how to do the Buttonhole Wheel Cup this week.  I thought it might work well with beads.  The beads look a bit messy but I think it works for me on this under the sea piece.

    I always found the Buttonhole Wheel Cup a difficult stitch, and adding beads would drive me crazy. You are so patient!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
