I heart Macro

It is nice to have the time to blog again.  January has been pretty full.  I just returned from the Bahamas.  I took along my Nikon but barely used it.  These gorgeous flowers I shot with my phone.  It is a new phone and I haven't used it for photos very much.  I am happy with the results.  Obviously, it would have been better with my Nikon and macro lens.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
