Work in Progress Wednesday

This is the start of my crazy quilt block for April.  It is mainly fabrics that I have created.  It will work perfectly in the quilt that I posted about last week.  Still lots of stitching to do but that is the fun part!

    I am also about to start on a pink crazy quilt block, although I have not made any of the fabric myself. I will, though, really enjoy the stitching, embroidery and embellishment.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
