Work in Progress Wednesday

I just realized I haven't posted about my bead journal for June at all.  I am still working on my circle/mandala series.  I was thinking this was finished but maybe it could use some more beads.  I do have to be careful about how stitching I add as the pink and mauve part is paper.  It can become too perforated and fall apart.  Not good.

    I was going to suggest beads in the mauve background, but then I read it was paper. Going to have to let this one go.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
