July Bead Journal

This bead journal was quite fun.  It is big, bold and colourful.  I had fun creating different flowers for this piece.  As always, beading is slow stitching and meditative for me.

    Oh my goodness I love it! This is what I do... I make your photo as large as I can on my computer screen and then I slowly look at all the stitching and beading you have done. I marvel at the creativity and the beauty! I love the read spaghetti beads!
    Then I wish I would get my beads out and have some play time because it really does make me happy!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
