Still circling

I have had a lovely quiet summer.  It has been restful.  I have enjoyed many an hour sitting on my deck, in the sunshine creating mandalas.  At least my version of mandalas.  They have been mostly created upon coffee filters which are super cheap and very durable.  It is quite likely that some of them will end up in stitch/beaded projects.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
