March Bead Journal

I have been thinking it would be fun to teach a workshop on mandala making.  I enjoy making them so much and would love to share that with more people.  The beading is repetitive and peaceful. So is the mark-making when doing them on paper.  This bead journal isn't overly intricate but I still love it.

    This might be a good time to offer an on-line class. I've flirted with Mandalas in the past, but never actually got them onto fabric.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
