Work in Progress Wednesday

I am really enjoying stitching on this.  Right now I am trying to place flowers where stitching is needed to finish attaching the lace.  When I sewed the lace on by machine I was only making sure to catch one edge.  I knew that there would be a lot of embroidery on this piece and that would firmly attach the lace.  It really doesn't look like much yet but I know it will all come together.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
