Fabric and Paper Collage

These little collages are quick and fun to create.  They will all come together to make an interesting journal of this crazy time.  I would say they are not particularly reflective of this COVID time which is fine with me.  I don't need my art to be that.  My art-making is solace for my soul.  My art-making is something I HAVE to do and that is enough.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
