Slow Stitching Sunday

This piece is coming along slowly but enjoyably.  I have started adding beads and that is a favourite thing to do.  I am hoping that I can sit outside and do some more beading/stitching today.  Oh, how I love enjoying the sunshine and stitching.  Actually, I have been taking my journal outside and enjoying that as well.  Making art of any kind outside is very satisfying.

  2. I totally agree with you with your thought that enjoying any hand stitching outside in the sunshine is a glorious thing. I am in love with this pretty piece of yours, Angela. I enlarged this piece to drink in all the pretty details....there is so much to be joyous about. Love the sweet fan, the butterfly and all the sweet and beautifully stitched flowers blooming throughout. I always think beads are perfect wherever they appear. Have a beautiful day....enjoy your stitching in the sunshine.

  3. as long as outside isn't baking hot or humid, stormy or freezing. Yes, when the weather is nice it is wonderful to work outside.
