Work in Progress Wednesday

Can you see any resemblance to the fabric I posted last week?  I really liked that fabric but knew I had to take it further.  I got out my paints and just had so much fun adding colour.  It is so much more interesting.  What will I do with it now?  Quilt it?  Bead it?

    Lovely paint addition. Maybe add beads and such to the cogs that were originally on the piece?

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
