Slow Stitching Sunday

I am calling this little pup my bead journal for August.  He is a prototype for an idea.  There are things that I like about him and some things that I am not wild about.  Back to the drawing board.  I was going for colourful and achieved that but I think it is too random and kind of hodge-podge.

  1. I was drawn to your blog by your creating Princess Bubbles! I love the little dog :) Please keep creating and don't just trash this gem of a pooch!

  2. He looks just fine! Evidently, you had something else pictured in your mind. Random is difficult for me.

  4. Oh I love this new "prototype of an idea" of yours, Angela. How very clever of you. Love the sweet eye with those divine eyelashes and how sweet to have flowers on each paw. Such a sweet pup with oodles of pretty charm.

  5. I like the pup, but I agree that it is a little too random. I think the elements need to be similar sizes too in order to bring cohesion. Just my opinion. I am sure you know what you do and don't like. Enjoy your stitching.

  6. So so beautiful! It's a collection of treasures! I like how you arranged the items in the face area of the eye and nose... very clever!
