Textile Journal Page


 This is my completed journal page for our dog Baily.  There is a lot of pink considering he was a male.  I am pretty sure he wouldn't care.  These colours and textures are pleasing to me. I went for a garden feel as his dog tag looks like a flower.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
