Mandala


 The humble coffee filter gives me hours of pleasure and meditation.  I usually put a base colour using watercolours of some sort.  From there I might use a stencil to get me started on the design.  Then it is play time.  Mark making for the sure joy of it!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
