Work in Progress Wednesday


 I have been creating some acrylic skin mandalas.  I am not exactly sure how I will use them just yet.  I suppose I could adhere them to some fabric.  I am loving the way this one is looking.  I am debating if it needs anything more or if I should call it done.  I am leaning towards adding a little more but not sure what at this time.

    It makes me think of stained glass - could you hang it in the window?

    Yes, it is looking like stained glass. You can make it as a decor piece.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
