Work in Progress Wednesday


 I have been working on more floofy pages that will eventually become a scroll.  I love that these pages are free from any expectations.  Absolutely no pressure.  They are perfect for taking outside and enjoying some slow stitching while sitting on my deck.  That is a perfect afternoon for me! Now off I go to enjoy the sunshine.

Pretty pages and fun to look at! I've been doing a little stitching like that, too - I made a yellow crumb block and layered it with batting and backing, then stitched it with embroidery floss here and there. So fun!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
