Mandala Monday


 This mixed-media journal page features a mandala I created with Kaleidoscope Kreator.  I applied glass bead gel to the digital printout.  I love the way the mandala looks.  I am not loving the background.  It is getting better than it was but it is still not right.   Looking at the photo of it helps.  

Looking at the image in black and white helps too.  I think I know what I need to do.

It is striking how different the same thing looks in colour and in black and white. I hope you find the solution to your problem. I quite like the movement of the background...

I feel like this has enough beading now.  The beading enhances the kaleidoscope without obliterating it.  I pushed myself outside of my box by using some bigger beads.  I am always learning!
