Just a little something to ponder while you enjoy this mandala!
OK... So Oscar Wild said that if we create beautiful things for our own pleasure, we are artists. However, if our creations are sustainable and shown to the public, they will give pleasure to others after our demise. I am sure those people will also recognise us as artists.
ReplyDeleteI think the point is that we should create beautiful things just to enjoy ourselves and not to please others.
We also have 100% right to see ourselves as artists, whatever other people think.
