happy anniversary to me

Wow!  I can hardly believe that I have had my blog for one year!  I find it amazing that thousands of people from all over this world have read my blog and  I have 36 wonderful followers!   Who knew that that many people would be interested in my art!  It is very cool!
I had no idea what to expect when I started this blog.  I had no idea I would receive so many kind  comments.  Thank you all for encouraging me with your thoughtful words.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
