Slow Stitching Sunday
A while back, I found a fat quarter bundle of unicorn fabrics at a thrift store. I had no idea why I needed it at the time. I bought it anyway. Of course! Who could walk away from sparkly unicorn fabric, especially when you have granddaughters! This fabric luxuriated in my stash, knowing it would be perfect for some wonderful project. The project is a unicorn stuffy. It will go along with the wonky dolls that I have created. This is the start of that unicorn. There is loads more embroidery to do and I am enjoying every bit of it. These creatures are going to be characters in the book I am writing for one of my granddaughters. I am now noticing that all of that fabric came from thrift stores. Fun!
