The inside of the journal

Here's a few pictures of the inside of my animal skin journal.   It's my take on a 'Remains of the Day' journal.  I haven't taken the workshop but I've seen enough of them on youtube to know how to do one.  I really enjoyed using my sewing machine to stitch everything together.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
