acrylic transfer


The top photo is a transfer done with acrylic paint and a laser  copy.  I think it was quite successful.  Most of the toner transferred into the acrylic paint.
The bottom photo shows a magazine page transferred to cloth with irredescent medium.  Not quite so successful.  I do think that it still has possibilities though.  It is a good start and could be stitched into or...

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
