February bead journal project


I honestly can't help but feel I should be doing more beading on my bead journal projects.   But I look at it and think maybe not.  I had thought that I would do some beading in the white space outside of the snowflake but that is where I intend to do some quilting when I put these all together.   It is a constant struggle for me.

    I love it Angela! I love the fabric you used on this block and the sparkle is just right... soemtimes less is more. Can't wait to see the finished quilt!:)

    So so pretty! Don't feel that you have to stitch a specific number of beads on each piece...this is perfect just the way it is!

    I love the way you've pointed to the focal points of your star with your long bugle beads. Very pretty! Don't think about what it might feel like it's missing now, just keep the whole picture in mind for your end project plans. It will be beautiful!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
