I have had my art quilt accepted into the Grand National

This is the second piece I have had accepted into the Grand National over the years.  It is no less exciting the second time around!  It is gratifying to have a judge or curator deem my art as acceptable to hang in their gallery.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
