lace altered book


I know this has been done before me.  I really love vintage though and I just had to make one for myself.  I went over the top with the doilies and laces.  I had a lot of fun making this.  I will show more pictures tomorrow.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
