a sneak peek at my bead journal for February

Okay, I am feeling rather pleased with myself!  I cut the heart shape out of the photo that I am working on this month.  I then added the stitching to stretch across the opening.  I am thinking this is a really cool idea!  I still have to add the beading so stay tuned for that.

    Hi Angela. It looks like we are in 3 groups together so I'm sure I will be seeing lots of your work throughout the year. This is a very creative idea for your BJP. I love the cut away too. Do you have the photo backed with anything?

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
