WIP wednesday

I have added some ribbon embroidery to this block.  I love ribbon embroidery!  I used the pistil stitch which I just learned how to do.  It always good to practice as then it really sticks in my head.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
