Work in progress with Sharon B

I showed this block last week.  I think that this is the last time I will show it as I believe it is done now.  I added some purple beads around the daisies and I added a tiny piece of purple velvet rick rack (lower right).  That is three blocks finished and six more to go.

    this is really pretty - simple and elegant - I like the little bugle beads you have sprinkled among the beads!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
