I heart Macro

This is just a reminder of the classes I will be teaching in January.   We will focus on creating an interesting journal cover in each class.  For those that are interested in fibre/stitching these will be interesting surfaces that you can explore stitching into.  For those that are not into fibre/stitching the surfaces we create will not require anything more to be done to them.  I will be teaching some fun book arts workshops.  All the books will have interesting covers with some cool insides.  The binding methods will vary but none of them will be overly difficult or complicated.

In February I will be teaching needle felting as I had a few requests for this.  We will be working with a lot of interesting materials.  You will find out why you need to shop in the fly tying section of sporting stores!  Silks and sheers, roving and threads will be used.  No stitching will be required in these classes.  Felting is a great way to explore fibres and fabrics without the need of needle and thread.  Students will be required to supply their own needle felting tool.  The classes will be February 9,16 and 23 from 10 am until noon.
