Feeling loved

My sweet friend Nancy returned home last week.  She was in Morocco.  She is such a doll.  She always brings me back treats from her travels.  I am so blessed that she is such a kind and generous friend.  The turquoise leather slippers sparkle so they are absolutely perfect for me!  The pink toilet paper she had a hard time squeezing into her luggage.  Can you imagine she left some clothes behind to make room for it!  What a hoot.  I have never seen such brightly color toilet paper before!  Love it!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
