Take a Stitch Tuesday

Here is the Buttonholed cable chain.  I worked it on a needle felted back ground.  Some of the fibres mixed in with the stitching and made it a bit messy.  It is a gorgeous stitch and I will definitely use it again.    Thanks to Sharon B at http://pintangle.com/ for the instructions.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
