Beaded Looped Cretan stitch was shown by Sharon B at http://pintangle.com/ last week. It is an interesting stitch. I have added it to my crazy quilt, top picture, and my bead journal project for April.
Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on my blog! It means so much to me and I truly appreciate it! Whenever possible I reply to comments. warm regards Angela Princess Bubbles

I am not a gardener but I do love flowers. It is so much fun for me to get out my macro lens and spend time photographing flowers up close and personal. I am linking with http://www.shinethedivinecreativityisaspiritualpractice.com/ and http://macromonday2.blogspot.ca/
I am on a scroll roll. This is the second one I started this week. I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces. I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours. These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would. That also feels good. Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly. I am linking to https://kathysquilts.blogspot.com/
Oh, your work makes my fingers itch for some TAST stitching - I badly need to catch up. Was it a difficult stitch?
ReplyDeleteI love how you curved the stitch in the bottom photo. The texture is amazing.
ReplyDeleteThis is a stitch that I think looked complicated on Pintangle, but I'll have to try it. Your stitching is great.
ReplyDeleteThe shiny thread is great for the looped Cretan, neat stitches!
