Work in Progress Wednesday


This is my block for June.  I have been playing with the shibori ribbon at the bottom.  It is a bit fiddly to work with it.  There is definitely a learning curve.  It is a good thing I love to learn.  I think I am almost done with this but better get myself gear to finish as the end of the month is quickly approaching.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
