Work in Progress Wednesday

I have jumped into my July bead journal project and have it almost finished!  Usually it takes me a lot longer to get these pieces completed.  Well, it is isn't finished yet so I better not speak too soon.  This is 4x4 inches on a needle felted base.  I am pleased with the way it is progressing.

    Really like the look of this - I also like the size. I think small projects like this sort of feel special in the hand _ I am sure it is just scale but I always respond that way to nice small things

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
