September Crazy Quilt block finished

Here it is.  I see a bit of an issue to the left of the butterfly.  I am not really liking it but I am not sure how to fix it.  It also isn't the end of the world and I am not going to get bent out of shape about it.

    It is a pretty block! If the green area still bothers you, how about making a butterfly with two Frilled Buttonhole Stitches?

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
