Work in Progress Wednesday

This is my bead journal for the month of October.  I learned the beaded chain stitch, the beaded closed buttonhole and the beaded buttonhole.  I am really enjoying the process.  Playing with the beads is so much fun!

    Oh, you inspire me to start on that Beaded TAST Stitch Sampler.
    Are you stitching on felt? The fluffy background looks so good with the glittery beads and buttons.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
