Take a Stitch Tuesday

Sharon B at http://pintangle.com/ shows how to do the Beaded Knotted Buttonhole Band stitch.  It is such a cool stitch!  I love learning new stitches, especially beaded stitches.

    Great colour combination and you have proved that the stitch works well on a (gentle) curve.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
