Take a stitch Tuesday

I am linking with Sharon B at http://pintangle.com/ for the Take a stitch Tuesday challenge.  Even though Sharon isn't posting new stitches in December she is opening up a post so that we can leave a comment.  I have worked the Beaded buttonhole stitch on this piece.  It is interesting in that you can use numerous different beads with this stitch.

    You are right - any bead fits this stitch. You have proven it with your beautiful stitching.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
