Work in Progress Wednesday

It is increasingly difficult to have work in progress at this time of year.  However I did manage to get a bit done.  These are three crazy quilt blocks from my projects this year.  I got them stitched together and one of the seams decorated.  I can see where some improvements can be made.  Not sure when that will get done though.

    Very nice stitchery. I was under the impression that Take a Stitch Tuesday had stopped. How long does the stitch-along go for?

      It is on pause for December but will be starting up again in the new year. I am just continuing with it by revisiting the stitches Sharon has already taught.

    When you stitch together blocks every one block becomes more impressive. This is also an opportunity to see what improvement, if any, is needed. I can't see that there is!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
