Life has been busy!

I am not sure how we are already almost a week into the new year and I haven't done a blog post.  Time seems to fly faster all the time!

This is a color copy of a collage of a tree I did years ago.  I really like the tree!  I used Beryl Taylor's method to apply paper to fabric to create this.  I used a gelli printed fabric as the base.  The tissue paper on top has given it interesting texture.  I am not super happy with the way it looks right now though.  It is quite stiff so stitching into it might be too unpleasant.  So I am puzzling as to how I might save this.
