Work in Progress

I am pretty pleased with the way my selfie turned out.  Most members of the guild did one and we will have them on display in May at the St. Jacobs Quilt Festival.  At first I wasn't keen to do make one but now I am glad that I did.  I learned a lot.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
