I heart Macro


My life is pretty awesome.  I get to play with my macro lens and make beautiful art.  I count myself very blessed.  Top photo is obviously a flower.  Bottom image is an experiment.  I love the abstractedness of it.  I could totally see printing this on silk and stitching into it.  Yum!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
