I heart Macro

I am just realizing that I have done a very similar photo to this one.  Still, I can't resist the appeal of the sunflower.  The beautiful curve of the petals, the sunshine yellow,  the dark shadow all beg to photographed.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
